COVID Relief

India is going through an unprecedented disaster with COVID claiming thousands of lives every day. The medical infrastructure is unable to cope with the demand and is on the verge of total collapse. Even the basic amenities for proper hygiene and equipment is in severe short supply. Doctors are desperately seeking help from any and all to save every life they can. The government Doctors in AREA HOSPITALS i.e 100 bedded hospitals like Golconda, Malakpet, Nampally and King Koti in Hyderabad are asking for some desperately needed supplies to help them treat the patients.

We request you to step up to help the people of India to the best of your ability. We from KEATS promise that each dollar donated by you is spent only for this cause. Our Doctors still remember your act of donating huge amounts in first spell of COVID which we spent on the protection equipment of FRONT LINE WARRIORS.

Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust

The KGNM Trust is a non-profit organization established by Mahatma Gandhi in 1945 to work for women and child empowerment in rural India. KEATS supports the Hydershakote branch in Hyderabad which is headed by Smt. Padmavathi and is very active in serving the local community.

In 2005, with the support from the Women and Child Welfare Development, she started SWADHAR, a shelter home for women in distress. Along with providing shelter, KGNMT also organizes women savings group and encourages them to participate socially in an effective manner and makes them realize the need for economic independence. This is done by conducting a number of livelihood training programs like tailoring, saree rolling, paper cup and bag manufacturing and computers to inmates and village women. The fact that this SWADHAR shelter home provides shelter and a sustainable program to more women than the allotted number goes to show her concern and dedication for service.
